Important information about booking with The Pamper Princess Party Bus
Full payment is required 7 days prior to the party date. We accept bank transfer payments only. The £50 deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date with at least 7 days notice.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is available with sufficient notice.
Our pamper bus is a 3.5 tonne lorry/van. We require a suitable parking space such as a driveway (minimum two car lengths), outside home address, events car park, or residential car park.
All products used are age-appropriate, non-toxic, and skin-safe. Treatments are for entertainment purposes only. No harsh chemicals, acrylic nails, hair dye, or invasive procedures are used.
