Important information about booking with The Pamper Princess Party Bus
Mums and guardians are more than welcome to stay at the party. Due to the limited space inside the bus, we kindly ask that parents/guardians allow the children to enjoy their experience without additional adults inside during treatments.
Parents are more than welcome to come inside for photographs and special moments, and can then watch from outside if they wish to.
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the party date. Your booking is not considered fully confirmed until the required payment has been received.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the party date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the total booking price.
Our pamper bus is a 3.5 tonne lorry/van. We require a suitable parking space such as a driveway (minimum two car lengths), outside home address, events car park, or residential car park.
All products used are age-appropriate, non-toxic, and skin-safe. Treatments are for entertainment purposes only. No harsh chemicals, acrylic nails, hair dye, or invasive procedures are used.
